Urban DTS 2010:

The Urban DTS (UDTS) has been planned and run for the last 6 years, giving training and experience in Urban Missions,2010 was to be the seventh year.

We as YWAM Derby gathered to seek the Lord as to His word for the UDTS 2010 and His strategy and focus.
We met and waited on Him, initially asking Him for his purpose and to draw the necessary staff for the UDTS.
It became clear as we fed back that God had other plans for the UDTS. It was time to lay the UDTS down for a season, for a fallow time to let it regroup and gather strength for the next season. One year at least  maybe more until God calls us back to it.

So what do we do now ?  Well as we laid down the UDTS for 2010, doors began to open in our urban work in Derby two new youth Alpha groups for kids in the city alongside a cell group for youth from the last Alpha  .
Urban DTS is not dead but dormant and will come back at the right time ...
